PATIENT ONLINE ACCESS
We have been using Patient Access at the surgery for some years now to enable patients to book GP appointments and order repeat prescriptions.
We have recently increased this so patients can now see some detailed coded records access (ie: immunisations, problems etc).
You will need to obtain a PIN and password from reception. In order for you to do this you need to read the patient access information document and fill out the consent form (please note the consent form needs to be signed at the surgery). If we are not busy the receptionist will sort this request for you otherwise if you leave the consent form with us we will be intouch with your PIN and password.
